Sponsorship Opportunities

Annual Meeting Sponsorships are available. If you are interested in sponsoring at the Annual Meeting, you can do so during registration. Sponsorships available in limited quantities. Check our sponsorship opportunities page for additional information.

Vendor exhibits are available on a first come first serve basis as a $300 add-on for Annual Meeting Sponsors. If you are purchasing an Annual Meeting Sponsorship and plan to purchase a vendor exhibit space, please select the Sponsorship + Vendor Exhibit option during registration. Complete this form if you have specific vendor exhibit needs or requests.

Heads or Tails Fundraiser

We are excited to continue to support the HMR Scholarship Fund during this year's Thursday evening banquet — a fun game of Heads or Tails!

The game will consist of three rounds, each with a prize at the end:
🔴 Red Round
🟡 Yellow Round
🟢 Green Round

To participate, you will need a ticket for each round. You can purchase tickets for up to three rounds for you and your guests during the registration process. All proceeds from this game will directly benefit the HMR Scholarship Fund.

Making Reservations

For all your reservations needs, please call (855) 778-1015 to make reservations. Please reference the Alabama Section of ITE Group or Group Reservation #398636.

Arrival/Departure Times

Cancellation

A $99 non-refundable deposit is required when initially making reservations. A 50% deposit is collected 45 days prior to the arrival. Any changes or cancellations can be made without additional penalty prior to this 45 day mark. Any changes or cancellations made within 45 days will result in a forfeiture of the $99 deposit and the 50% deposit.

Red Sky Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is available through Red Sky which will make your 50% deposit refundable if you need to cancel within 45 days. This policy would cover situations such as hospitalization, death in the family, or accident on the way to the property.

No Unit Guarantee

The Beach Club makes every effort to keep all guests in the room they requested or originally booked. However the resort does reserve the right to move the room if needed. If this situation were to arise, the guest will be contacted immediately to find another suitable unit.
